Find Your Why

Determine Your Purpose

If you have a why, almost any how can be overcome. Purpose gives suffering meaning, creates direction in the chaos and gives you a reason to keep moving when everything in you wants to quit. A powerful future vision pulls you forward.

Own Your Mindset

Choose Your Attitude

Your attitude shapes your thoughts, your thoughts shape your actions and your actions shape your life and who you are. Every day, no matter what is happening around you, you are given one undeniable choice: how you will meet the world. Choose wisely.

Rise Together

Choose Your Tribe

The people around you will become the greatest source of your happiness, health and strength, or the greatest sources of stress, limitation and pain. The right people challenge you, encourage you and remind you who you are when you forget. Choose people who help you rise.

Get Active

Move

When life tries to break you, you have three choices: deny, despair or move. So do yourself and everybody around you a favor. Move.

When you move, even imperfectly, powerful biological and energetic changes begin to occur. Muscles release growth factors. The nervous system recalibrates. The immune system awakens. Emotion follows motion, and your body begins aligning itself with healing, strength and possibility. I promise you will feel better.

Additionally, it brings your into contact with amazing people. Movement changes the brain, not just the muscles.

The Chinese call it Chi. In India it is known as Prana. In Japan, Reiki. Across cultures and throughout history, people have described a life force energy that flows through all living things. Some call it spirit. Some call it consciousness. Some call it God.

Whatever name you give it, there is a power greater than fear, greater than despair and greater than limitation. You are not separate from it. You are connected to it, and when you learn to quiet the noise, open your heart and align your life with something greater than yourself, extraordinary things can happen.
